1 room of 27m² in London

My place is right in the heart of London, just South of the river, a 10 minute walk from both Waterloo and London Bridge stations, a 15 minute walk from the Southbank, which houses the London Eye, Tate Gallery, Royal Festival Hall, Hayward Gallery, National Theatre etc on it, and in the other direction Borough Market, the must-visit food market, is also a 10 minute walk. Nightclub Ministry of Sound is a 5 minute walk away. In addition, I am very close to some of the campuses of Southbank University and King's College. But despite all that, the street I'm in is lovely and quiet, it's just far enough away that you get the fun, but not the noise and the crowds. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is lift access. There is also access to a roof terrace with amazing views.I have lived in this apartment since2011. Iabsolutely love living here, well, who wouldn't, with all that on your doorstep! I love going to the many museums, bars, pubs and restaurants locally myself, and also love going to gigs. I live life to the fullest, so can give you many great tips on what to do and where to go! I have also created a guide with many, many tips, which is in your room.I have an eclectic taste in decor, and have somehow ended up with a great many things with skulls on them, mainly because once you buy a few things, your friends will then never stop buying more for your birthday!I live here by myself, and guests stay in my lounge (which I do not enter when someone is staying, so it is for your exclusive use). For this reason I only accept bookings from single people, not couples. The room has a comfortable sofa bed, which folds out to a small double, a dining table and chairs, which is also comfortable if you want to do a bit of work from your laptop. There is very high speed internet access (over 500Mbs wireless, and up to 1Gbs if plugged in), a large TV with Disney+, Netflix and NowTV, an extensiveCD, DVDand BlueRay collection, and a balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with me. Guest are allowed to cook, and I provide basics for my guests like bread, butter, milk, eggs, cheese and ham.As I work full-time, if you arrive during working hours you will be letting yourself in with keys from a key safe, which is located in the same street as the apartment.
