The living area features a sofa and a work desk where you can relax or do your work after exploring the city.The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a cooking plate, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.The bedroom consists of a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. There's a small closet available.The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.Enjoy your stay!On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkoutWe are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00hr).Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBPsmoking fee, at a minimum.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
