1 room of 39m² in London

This room is a bit like a little bedsit without the kitchen or shower. It has a section for sleeping and a section for watching TV, relaxing, reading or studying and its own separate toilet.It can sleep 2 guest maybe 3 with one on the sofa.We live in a 4 bed house on a quiet road (most of the time) near Wembley Stadium so sometimes we get to hear the concerts for free from the garden or the cheers from a football match when a goal has been scored (nice atmosphere).We have a kitchen dinner that opens onto the conservatory and a good size garden.I love gardening and surfing the internet, getting together with family & friends and enjoy good food & wine.
