1 room apartment of 70m² in Liverpool

Looking for a 1 bed flat all bills included if possible, preferably around walton. Iam currently garanteed 40hrs a week in work and been working in this place for 5 years. I have no possible way of having a garantoor as iam dutch and moved over here alone (unless you can accept a home owner living in the netherlands).
