2 rooms apartment of 41m² in London

Hi, We would like to sublet the flat we are currently renting. We are looking either for a short-term arrangement or for someone who could take the flat until 30th of January 2027. The flat is quite spacious (2 bedrooms + 2 bathroom), has a balcony, and will be left fully furnished and equipped. We will leave everything inside, including the dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and all other essential household items. We are hoping to find reliable and considerate tenants who will feel at home and take good care of the property. Ideally, we are looking for quiet people rather than party-goers, as we would like the apartment to remain a peaceful home.
