It consists of sitting room, separate kitchen, new bathroom and one double bedroom (new mattress still in wrapping supplied) There are USB wall sockets in both the sitting room and bedroom and electric blind in the sitting room. There is also a personal parking space right outside our property which can be included for a slightly extra charge if required We are looking for a couple or a single professional fully employed person with references.
