Spacious ground-floor flat with high ceilings in a charming end-of-terrace buildign on a quiet street, with a large garden. The flat has a large bedroom, a living room, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There's also a large basement for extra storage. The landlady lives in Chiswick and is always helpful and easy to reach if needed. There are only a few photos but do come and have a look in person, we both work from home, so we're usually flexible and can arrange viewings any time during the day. Available on 2 July 2026. We're moving out of London and are looking for professional(s) to take over the tenancy via a tenancy transfer.
