At first glance, the entire apartment impresses with its openness and the amount of light that comes in through the numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors, but also the skylight in the dining area. A spacious, open kitchen-dining room-living area with high-quality parquet flooring invites you to live and feel good, whether at the large dining table made of untreated wood, at the bar counter or on the spacious couch. The apartment has electric shutters and underfloor heating throughout. The large kitchen is equipped with appliances from well-reputed brands. The furniture is complete, very high quality, modern and stylish in white, black and anthracite colors, no piece of furniture or appliance is older than 3 years. Now the room is a full-fledged home office (with an electrically height-adjustable desk) or fitness room.
