As I will not be in Dresden during this period, the apartment is offered as a temporary sublet for a maximum of 1.5 months. The fully furnished apartment is located in Dresden’s inner old town at Postplatz and, despite its central location, is very quiet. It offers 75 sqm of bright, well-maintained living space on the 4th floor. The apartment is rented including all furniture. A security deposit is required, as the furnishings are of high value to me. I am looking for a reliable and respectful subtenant for a temporary stay.
