The property draws its name from the Japanese word for green - symbolising nature and peace - and features thoughtfully designed living spaces with striking cityscape views and distant glimpses of the Peak District. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.Kitchen & dining areaThe well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper - as well as washing up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine capsule, sponge, dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. Please note that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants within the building.Guest Access:Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby. New Islington metrolink station is located right across the road. If you are bringing a car, there is a public car park also across the road of the building.Other Things to Note:Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. In the unlikely event that the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 22nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
