Available for short / medium term lets from November 16th. I would either be looking for someone to stay for at least two months, or, to stay until early December. Rent includes gas & water bills, excludes fibre broadband, electricity, and council tax. These come to circa £150-£175. This is my personal home and would be best suited to someone who doesn't have a lot of their own stuff as some of my things will still be here! Linens, towels, plates etc will be included, it's totally move-in ready. Lots of little luxuries like Sonos, a Nespresso machine, good knife set, etc. Looking for a single person or a couple to take care of my home. Someone who won't have parties and prefers to enjoy the London food & drink scene rather than entertain at home. This is a modern development off Hackney Road, E2 London. While the neighbourhood itself is the best (ten minute walk to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and Columbia Road Flower Market, plus one million bars and restaurants), and only a 20 minute walk from Shoreditch and Brick Lane, it's also incredibly easy to get into Central London from Cambridge Heath overground or Bethnal Green tube. Getting around Walk around East London, or grab a £5 uber anywhere in East London. Tube/overground into Central London. Note there is a five week security deposit repayable in full less any bills and damage, this is proportional to the rent paid (5 x 1 weeks rent)
