1 room apartment of 60m² in London

I'm renting out my modern one-bedroom flat in Camberwell for short lets from April (start date flexible) while I'm away. I've put a minimum stay of one month and happy to do a rolling weekly contract depending on circumstances. This would be perfect for those that are in between properties or are waiting to move into their new place. It's ideal for a couple or a single professional. I shout from the rooftops about how great Camberwell is for its food scene - it's got the Camberwell Arms, Silk Road, Nandine, recently Michelin awarded Berwick Arms, Theo's, NOKO to name a few. A short walk is Toad Bakery and beside it Mondo sandwiches which both seem to have queues constantly stretching down the road. For transport I tend to cycle everywhere (either my own bike or Lime / Forest), or get the bus where you're never waiting for more than 3-4 minutes and the stop is right outside the apartment. But most importantly, the apartment is super quiet and private, with and faces away from the road, so you can't hear any traffic at all. The weekly rate is inclusive of all bills and council tax. I'd just make a small request to please water my plants while you're here!
