It was considered by airbnb as the only airbnb Plus apartment in all of Saxony. The apartment is located directly opposite the Federal Administrative Court - so you can walk almost everywhere: in Johanna Park, in Clara-Zetkin-Park, in the city center, on the Karli. The spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard makes it very quiet and not too warm in the summer, as the windows face east. The apartment has an oak parquet floor with underfloor heating (app-controlled) and high-quality, large tiles in the bathroom. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht - somit ist man fußläufig quasi überall: im Johanna Park, im Clara-Zetkin-Park, in der Innenstadt, auf der Karli. Durch den großzügigen Balkon zum Innenhof ist es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und im Sommer nicht zu warm, da die Fenster eine Ost-Ausrichtung haben. Das Apartment besitzt ein Eichholzparkett mit Fußbodenheizung (app-gesteuert) und hochwertige, große Fliesen im Bad.
