A fully renovated double room for single use in a two bedroom apartment with free parking 1 min away ( there is some restrictions on match days, Charlton Athletic Stadium is just round the corner. Great amenities and fantastic transport links. 4 min walk to Charlton train station. 16 min to London Bridge trains, every 12 minutes. Bus stop just outside the house with buses running 24 hours to O2 Arena/North Greenwich Station (jubilee line). Local Sainsbury’s is just 3 min walk.The spaceThe room is very bright, spacious and super quiet. Ideal for those who want a place to sleep and a base to explore the city or stay over for work or are in transit. The room is up 1 fight of stairs , there is another fight of stairs to access the flat. You can use the kitchen to make coffee & tea (provided), use of the microwave and oven is allowed but please no cooking. You will be allocated your own shelf in the fridge. You will have use of the living room to eat your meals but I would prefer to keep this space for my own use. You will be sharing the bathroom with myself, I’m the only one living in the flat.Guest accessPlease note this is a single use only room. No visitors allowed. I would ask you to remove your shoes when going upstairs and smoking is NOT permitted.Other things to noteBed linen and towels are provided, also a hairdryer if needed.
