3 rooms house of 160m² in Toronto

I have one rooms in an apartment unit where my parents live. Three bedrooms apartment with 2 full set bathrooms. My parents (Seniors over age of 70, healthy and easygoing) use the master-bedroom with in-suite bathroom. This potential roommate will share one hallway bathroom with another roommate. Altogether, my parents plus two roommates , 4 people living in the three bedrooms apartment.
