Hi there! Im looking for a roommate to share my little two-story townhouse. Its a quiet, comfy space with air conditioning, laundry, and plenty of free visitor parking with plug-ins. Rent is $900 plus $100 for utilities. Im a pretty calm and tidy person, no parties here, and Id really like to find someone who values a cozy, peaceful home too. The rooms on the smaller side, but its perfect for a student or anyone who just wants a warm, welcoming place to come back to. Im very nerdy and the house reflects that, theres a lot of fandom decor. I also have three cats who are sweet and full of personality, so no extra pets unfortunately since Ive reached the pet limit. Ideally, Id love to find not just a roommate, but a friend.
