A special house exit leads you directly to the standing water where you can swim or paddle with the SUP. The subway station U1 „Donauinsel" is within walking distance of 3 minutes. A little further south is the wakeboard facility "Wake-Up", the Vienna City Beach (about 10 minutes by bike) or even closer the "Pirate Bay" - a 200m sandy beach with area. The apartment is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring, flat screen TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, towels and a bed linen. The total rent already includes the costs for internet (WLAN), internet TV (subscriptions of Netflix & Disney+ included), electricity, floor heating, air conditioning (only in summer), hot & cold water, incl. bed linen. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes, dish towels, and much more for free use.
