Secured parking spot available for add'l cost. I have been living here with my boyfriend for the past two years (both in our 30s, very tidy, I'm American and he is French). This room was an office/studio space. I am now traveling for work and moving to London. Therefore you will be sharing the flat with Clément. He is a bar manager that works a mix of daytime and nighttime. I will come back for long weekends once a month, during which I will stay with him in his bedroom so you will have no disruption.
