The flat is perfectly located between the city centre and the Ouseburn and only a few minutes walk from the quayside. The flat is spread over two floors with a balcony on each floor, great storage cupboards and a ‘sun room’ that could be used as an office or mini gym. There is residential off street parking and an intercom system, but no lift! The flat has been fully refurbished. It’s a three bed flat but I want to rent it to a couple or two friends as a whole. £1100 a month for the whole property. I will pay the service charge for the building but all other bills will be on top. I like to think of myself as a good landlord, I’ll be responsive and aim to sort any issues quickly.
