1 room of 12m² in Amsterdam

Cozy room available in a very nice neighborhood Amsterdam-Oost for 1 person from 1st March. Minimum rental period is 1 year, but it can be extended. Registration is possible. Rent cost is 870 EUR + approx. 150 EUR utilities per month. You need to earn 3x netto of the monthly cost, it's required by the landlord. Ideal tenant is a working person, as work papers are needed by the landlord to make the contract. NOT for students. The tenant must be: clean, not too loud, reliable, always paying on time. No pets allowed. Apartment is NOT for house parties, or guests every day. No smoking inside, on the balcony it's allowed. There is 1 tenant to share with, a 36 year old expat from Hungary who works hybrid (1-2 days home office) in Amsterdam. The room is medium sized with a built-in loft bed and cabinet. Currently the room is furnished and it's negotiable with the leaving tenant if needed, but it can be fully unfurnished too (other furniture than pictured). The shared places are the kitchen, bathroom and wc. The room is private and can be locked with a key. There is a nice balcony directly from the room with a table and chair.
