Hi. I live in Rehearsal Rooms, North Acton, on level 12 with a beautiful view of London and Wembley. I am sadly moving out on January 31st 2026 and need a replacement from then. My contract ends on February 27th 2026, and so looking for someone or a couple to take over from February 1st. Couples, students, and pet owners are welcome. I am happy to show you around myself or let the managers of the building do so. They can help you with the paper work etc. I can only share my experience of living there. Please note, the amount for the deposit will need to be clarified by the managers of the Rehearsal Rooms. The flat includes one bedroom, one bathroom, one storage cupboard (with washing machine and dryer in one), an open-plan kitchen (with fridge and dishwasher) and living space. Both bedroom and living space are connected to the balcony with sliding doors. The flat is accessed by lift or stairs. There are two entrances to access the lift to the apartments for security. Amenities: - Reception with security during the day and evening. -Parcel room is accessed from the reception on level 0. - Communal space on level 4, which can be booked for private events and co-working. - Communal terrace on level 13, with BBQ and vegetables/fruits/flowers allotments. - Communal terrace on level 1 with ping pong table and outdoor gym equipment. - Bike storage on level 0 - Parking on level 0 - Bins on level 0 Grocery shopping: - Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express a minute away by walk - Asda 18 minutes away by walk - Goodies 15 minutes away by walk You can also find other places such as Tian Tian market by West Point block and other Oriental supermarkets within 18 minutes, by walk. There are a few restaurants and bars in the area. The North Acton Playing fields is also close if you like playing tennis, football, basketball or if you want to go for a run or walk your dog. You can also meet the lovely community of artists and makers of Park Royal during London Craft week (May) and London Design Festival (September) and summer markets led by Standard Market.
