Looking to rent out my one bedroom flat (39 sqm / 420 sq ft) while I am moving to the countryside for the summer. Ideally looking for someone for the whole 4 months: 1 `May - 30 August 2026. Blackstock Road (the 23rd coolest street in the world according to Time Out1) right on your doorstep with all the wine bars, independent grocers, bookshops and amazing restaurants and pubs. 8 minute walk to Arsenal tube and 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park. Bus stop right in front of the door. The flat is a one bedroom, modern walk-in shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, built-in wardrobe and open plan kitchen / living room. With its high ceilings and perfect layout it feels bigger than it is :) It would probably suit a single person best. It's my personal space, not a soulless AirBnB flat, so would really like you to look after it and enjoy the space as if it's your own. Obviously fully furnished and kitted out!
