I have a one bedroom flat in Buchanan Street becoming available to let on 7th February. It's a second floor flat in a well-kept, bright staircase. It consists of a combined livingroom/kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. The bedroom is very large and has a king-size bed, an 8ft high wall-mounted mirror, a large cupboard, a desk and two wardrobes. The rent is £850pm and the deposit is one month's rent. The rent does not include bills. I am private landlord (reg nbr ) so there are no agents fees to pay. No pets or smokers (including vapers) please. Long let preferred, minimum 6 months. A guarantor who is a UK citizen will be required.
