My builders already valued coziness, and my current owners gave me a soul many years ago, filling my shell with color and light. With great attention to detail, they made me what I am today. A holiday home that is always happy to welcome guests and their stories, a haven for business people from all over the world, a retreat for artists in their creative phase, a warm home for everyone. I have my roots on a spacious plot of land in 51766 Engelskirchen-Ründeroth, located on a very quiet, dead-end-like street. Engelskirchen-Ründeroth is a charming community in the beautiful Agger Valley, about 35 kilometers from the gates of Cologne.In addition to numerous excellent hiking and biking trails, a variety of recreational and cultural activities await you here both in summer and winter. A visit to the metropolis of Cologne is also almost predestined due to the optimal connection. Detailed information on possible activities and sights will be available to you during your visit. Ründeroth also has an excellent bus and train network. All daily necessities are also well taken care of. What we have always particularly appreciated about our holiday home is the peaceful location, the very cozy architectural ambiance, the covered terrace in the midst of nature in spring and summer, and the crackling fireplace in the living area in autumn and winter. A garden sauna, acquired specifically for our guests and accommodating up to 4-6 people, is also sure to delight wellness enthusiasts and provide the necessary relaxation.There is also a double garage along with 4 additional parking spaces available on the property. The garden offers plenty of space for children and adults. In addition to a cozy covered terrace right by the house, there is another terrace that invites you to enjoy the evening sun.
