3 rooms apartment of 78m² in Dusseldorf

Hello dear potential subtenants, We—Kath and Sören—are both 27 years old and will soon be going on a long trip. Therefore, we are renting out our furnished apartment for this period (January to April 2026). The apartment has three rooms: the smaller one is used as a bedroom, and the two larger ones with a passageway are the dining room (including a desk area) and living room. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but like the rest of the apartment, they have been recently renovated and are in excellent condition. Much of the furniture is also quite new, as we have only recently moved in together. The kitchen leads to our small, cozy balcony with a view of the communal garden. The three living rooms all have roller shutters. Everything else is best seen in the photos :) As you can see from the pictures, we now also have some plants – so we would be delighted if you are also a plant lover and would be willing to look after them during your stay. The apartment is close to the Zoopark, right on the Kittelbach stream and borders the Mörsenbroich district – a quiet residential area. Even though the apartment is located directly on Heinrichstraße, you can't hear any noise when the windows are closed.
