Lovely double room to rent in a fully furnished, ground floor, 2-bed flat located in Horfield. I am looking to lease my second room as a live-in landlord (so no agencies involved or their fees!).Located conveniently near Horfield Leisure Centre & Common, Southmead Hospital and Gloucester road (15-25 min walking to each with great transport links to town & UWE).The room also comes with EXCLUSIVE use of the main bathroom (recently refurbished) and a parking space for your personal use, there is also a spacious storage area that we would share.I do WFH twice a week (usually Mondays and alternating Thursdays and Fridays) and I would be happy to accept anyone who also has a WFH schedule and can set up a co-working space in the common area for us to share, if that suits.The area has a lot of young families so whilst the room is open to both students and professionals, Im looking for someone who enjoys a chiller environment and having their friends over for dinners, movies, gatherings and the like.Due to the size of the flat, and room, Im not sure couples would be comfortable but happy to discuss.I am pet friendly but the flat does not have a garden and the buildings management company does not allow dogs (unfortunately!) so the flat isnt available to those with dogs, any other pets are welcome though.I am a big believer in being comfortable in your own space so if youd like to put any decorations up in the common areas then Im happy to collaborate - with your room and your bathroom being completely your own to be creative!Happy to talk through any questions and I look forward to chatting with you!
