Die Wohnung ist zentral am Park „Stadewäldchen“ gelegen. Sie haben sehr gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheken, sowie Bäckereien. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Bis zur Fußgängerzone brauchen Sie maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. * Stromverbrauch ist mit 60 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 60 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, cooktop, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plates and cutlery. Waching machine is available. The city hall (Stadthaus), as well as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are in the immediate vicinity. There are also supermarkets nearby and other shopping facilities. * Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent. If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment.
