It's a peaceful space with a calm vibe and fewer young residents, perfect for someone seeking a quiet environment.The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, plenty of windows that bring in great natural light, and a decently-sized closet with racks and mirrored sliding doors. There’s a gated parking space included for security, and you’re welcome to use it with the remote. Street parking is also usually available except during street sweeping.We have a washer and dryer in the basement, which costs $2 per load. It’s convenient, and I’ve rarely had to wait to do laundry.The rent is $1,600, including utilities. There’s also high-speed fiber-optic internet already set up.All furniture is new and you can use every ambient. While I occasionally smoke a cigarette, I only do so outside. I don’t mind if you smoke, but it must also be outside. We have a balcony you can use, as long as the glass patio door is kept closed to keep the smoke out of the apartment.I’m an Israeli man, divorced, and living alone. I work in Downtown Los Angeles and am not home all the time as I occasionally travel. You’ll feel completely at ease, like it’s your own place.I have two daughters who live in Beverly Hills, and they visit me occasionally.
