The apartment covers 65 m² and has a spacious south-facing terrace, ideal for sunsets. The part of the apartment for rent consists of a large living room with 1 sofas, a TV, a dining table, a height-adjustable desk, a wardrobe and a shelf. Furthermore, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a closet, a hallway with a built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with a bed, a built-in wardrobe and a mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle as well as cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Iron, towels, bed linen, blankets and pillows, vacuum cleaner and other items are also available. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. This is a very quiet house and therefore I am looking for someone who can keep the serenity of the neighbourhood. It would be perfect, if this person is Christian.
