My flat is only 1-2 minutes walk to Stratford High Street DLR station. It is also within walking distance to Stratford International station, which takes you in 8 minutes to Kings Cross station. But most importantly it is just 5 minutes walk from Stratford station (zone 2/3) which is one of London’s main transport hubs with over 200 trains per hour: 2 of London main underground lines (Jubilee and Central lines), the new Elizabeth line, DLR, Overground, National Rail, TFL Rail and bus and taxi terminals, Whatever your preferred mode of transport, make the location ideal for travelling to central and any area of London. The central and Jubilee take you directly to central and west London. These 2 lines operate 24 hours during the weekend. TFL rail takes you in 7 minutes to Liverpool Street station. The new Elizabeth line takes you from Stratford directly to central London in less than 10 mins and to West London and Paddington in 20 minutes, and directly to Heathrow airport in 50 mins. Canary wharf is 10 minutes away by Jubilee line or DLR. ExCel Exhibition Centre is 20 minutes away by DLR. • From London City airport a direct DLR train takes you in 13 minutes to Stratford High Street Station, which is 2 minutes walk from the flat. • Transport from Stansted airport is also excellent: There is a bus service from Stansted airport that takes you in 50 mins directly from Stansted to Stratford. Or take Stansted Express to Liverpool Street, where a direct train (TFL Rail) takes you in 7 minutes to Stratford. You can also take Underground (central line) from Liverpool Street station to Stratford station. (9minutes) • From Luton airport there is a train to West Hampstead where the Jubilee line takes you directly to Stratford. • Travelling to and from Gatwick airport is also fast and easy by the underground. • Last but not least: The new Elizabeth line trains takes you directly from Heathrow airport to Stratford in just 50 minutes! Amazing, isn’t it?🥰 Let me tell you why Stratford has become the place to be in London nowadays🥰: My flat is less than 10 minutes walk to the Westfield centre ( the biggest in-town shopping centre in Europe) with numerous shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Enjoy the cuisine of every corner of the world from Malaysian, Thai, Greek, Japanese and Indian to British, American, Mexican, Caribbean, Spanish, Italian and French. Go shopping, have fun in the Casino, play Bowling or simply relax and watch a movie in Vue cinema. Also 7-8 minutes walk from the flat there is a fantastic roof terrace where you can play Curling, mini gulf and other games, get a drink from the Sky Lodge bar or food from the street food stalls while enjoying a panoramic view of London. There is even an open air Cinema! There is a 24/7 gym (Anytime Fitness) 5 minutes walk away. A Gym and swimming pool with day passes are in the iconic London Aquatics Centre in Olympic Park 10 mins walk away. (You have a fantastic view to the London Aquatics Centre right from your own room! This makes a fantastic view specially at sunset time! Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park with all its amazing newly built modern amenities and performance and sports venues is literally in your backyard. You can take a walk in this beautiful park and enjoy the scenery with amazing water canals and green fields. Or you can visit the newly opened East Bank in the park which includes a Sadlers Wells dance venue (Yes you can go to Sadlers Wells in Stratford and watch a stunning dance performance🥰) and a branch of V&A museum. Yes V&A Museum has opened a branch in Olympic Park as well🥰 In the Park there is the Copper Box Arena with all its interesting events. There is London Aquatics Centre so you can swim where the athletes swam in 2012 Olympics, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre if you like playing tennis or Lee Valley Velo Park with miles of muddy tracks if you like mountain biking. If you fancy a Park with a history going back to 1845, Victoria Park with 86.18 hectare space in Hackney is only 1 overground station away from Stratford. And you can also easily access Hackney Wick with its trendy cafés and breweries. You reach Canary Wharf in only 10 minutes with Jubilee line. I am sure you will love the area🥰
