Prime location on a quiet street near Maschsee lake (a recreational area) (5-minute walk) and the city center (10-minute walk). 5 minutes to the nearest subway stations, Aegidientorplatz or Schäferstraße, from where you can reach all of Hanover. A fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV, and robot vacuum cleaner are provided. Resident parking permits can be obtained from the city for a fee. Both the bedroom and living room have blackout blinds (not visible in the photos). The security deposit can also be paid with a bank guarantee. Since I plan carefully, extensions are generally not possible. Bookings that seamlessly fit the available time periods are given preference.
