1 room apartment of 6m² in London

I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Arbury Court from mid April to July. It’s a fully furnished ensuite room in student accommodation, located close to Kingston University and public transport. The building has great facilities including study spaces, gym, and common areas. The new tenant would take over the contract through the accommodation (must be a student).
