I’m looking for a new housemate to replace my current roommate in a shared apartment located in Amsterdam Zuid (Holendrechtstraat, 1078 TT), within walking distance of Amsterdam Amstel Station. 🛏️ The room - Approx. 20 m² - Fully furnished - Loft bed with a spacious area underneath - Wardrobe - Desk and office chair - Chest of drawers - Private sink inside and shower the room Quiet environment, ideal for students or professionals working from home 🏡 The apartment - The apartment has three bedrooms: 1 small room with a private shower (currently empty) 1 medium room with a private shower 1 larger room without a private shower In addition, the apartment includes: 2 bathrooms (one shared bathroom + additional private showers in two bedrooms) Shared kitchen Washing machine High-speed fibre internet 📍 Location - Amsterdam Amstel Station: approx. 10 minutes walking - Easy access to Metro 51, 53, 54 and NS trains - Quick connections to Zuidas, Amsterdam Centraal, and Schiphol Supermarkets, gyms, and cafés nearby 👋 About me I’m 27 years old, originally from Brazil. I moved to Amsterdam earlier this year for work and work from home a few days each week.
