Just 2 minutes walk from Anchorage Metrolink You will be within easy reach of both Manchester city centre and Salford - The ideal base for the city!The Space:This modern apartment is set within a contemporary development and features comfortable furnishings as well as modern appliances. Situated on the 26th floor, there are stunning views out of every window. You will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds (unfortunately we cannot change bed configuration). Each comfortable bed is made up with crisp hotel linen, and there are also fluffy towels included for your use. The modern and clean bathroom features a shower (over bath), toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries for your use.(please note there is some building work being carried out closeby during the weekdays)Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the property.The Neighborhood:Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 30 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or tram ride away. Close to the canal, as well as a couple of parks, there are plenty of nearby places to enjoy an evening walk and some fresh air. There is a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket within a 2 minute walk.Getting Around:Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.Other Things to Note:The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to07:00,there is a £75 fee.
