Scafati boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed that promises restful nights. One of the bedrooms is complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a relaxing bathtub and a dedicated workstation that offers a versatile space for work. The second detached bathroom comes with a relaxing tub for soaking. The heart of Scafati is its living room, a space carefully curated with beach design in mind. An entertainment system ensures leisure and enjoyment, while the dedicated workstation allows you to stay productive. Adjacent to the living room, a charming dining table offers the perfect setting for meals and gatherings. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient countertop seating area that's ideal for casual breakfasts or quick bites. During the warmer months, venture to the heated shared pool, a refreshing oasis that promises hours of relaxation and recreation.
