I am looking for a replacement tenant for my Standard Plus Studio in Scape Shoreditch as my uni term is ending soon. It is a 3rd floor studio (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large desk space, and bay window seating area). DATES It is available from 6th April onwards (flexible) and the contract ends September 5th 2026, however, a new room can be booked with Scape in the same accommodation. RENT RRP £415/week, however I am open to offers. Currently, £4,980 is due on arrival (contract weeks 29-41) (dependent on move in date). Damage deposit is £400.
