Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Scape Shoreditch, as I’ll be leaving London for a university exchange abroad. The room is a fully furnished ensuite in a modern student accommodation with excellent facilities. It’s a really cozy and warm place, clean, quiet, and ideal for a UCL, LSE or central London student. Location: – Less than 5 minutes’ walk to Old Street Station – Around 20 minutes to UCL by tube – Super convenient area with everything nearby: M&S, Aldi, Argos, Co-op, Fulai Supermarket, Tiantian Chinese Supermarket, and a 24-hour Sun Star Express right around the corner The building offers: – Gym – Laundry room – Study spaces (for free!) – Communal areas & terrace/balcony – Secure entry & on-site management (except for paid laundry other services are all free!!!)
