Our terrace with city view gives you the ideal atmosphere to chill out and to enjoy a beautiful day or evening. The bedrooms with their king size superior box spring beds provides the perfect place to relax where as in the living and dining area you can watch a movie on a smart TV with cable TV connection or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. From a cooking pot to a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine you will find everything you need for comfort to feel home. The relaxing bathroom is furnished with a bathtub and a shower and comes with soft towels in three different sizes as well as a hair dryer. Besides our apartment is fitted with floor heating, a free to use High Speed WIFI internet connection and a big wardrobe with a lot of space for your clothes. On demand it is possible to transform the convenient sofa in the living room into a comfortable extra bed with a slatted frame and end-to-end mattress without interruption. This comes as close as possible to a fully-fledged bed. An iron as well as an ironing board can be borrowed during your stay. Guests arriving by car can rent a parking place in our in-house garage. This fully-furnished apartment is located in the midst of Landstrasse, also known as the third district. All the relevant sights are easy to reach, the well known shopping street "Landstrasse" right around the corner and many historic monuments and restaurants/bars are just a stone’s throw away. Additionally you will be delighted by the excellent public transport links. The U3 (orange line) stops just in front of your doorstep and takes you directly to city center within three stops. The bus 77A departs also in fron of your door and takes you the stadium and the famous Prater/Lusthaus. And the tram line 18 is just a few walking minutes away and takes you to Hauptbahnhof - Vienna's Main Train Station. A supermarket is right in front of your door.
