All the facilities in the flat, kitchen, washing machine, full crockery and cooking utensils are yours to use. New smart radiators and new double glazed doors and windows so it’s super cosy. *NB* - there are shelves and clothing rail and drawers but not loads of storage space, so would suit someone transitioning between houses or travelling. This is reflected in the price but v happy to discuss 1 month rent is £1400 all bills included, plus £50 cleaning fee after your stay and £30 if you'd like to rent linen too.
