It’s just 10 minutes to Leeds city centre by bus (or a light 30-minute walk), you’re also very close to Versa Film Studios, two leafy parks, a bakery, plus cheap, well-stocked local supermarkets. I’m a live-in landlord. I own and live in the house above, so you’ll deal directly with me - no middlemen or agents. This is a self-contained, basement apartment flat, with its own private step access, doorway and entrance. The apartment is entirely open-plan, which means there are no dividing doors between different areas. However, there is a privacy curtain separating the shower room from the living area.
