As our lovely tenants will sadly be moving out at the end of June, we will be renting out a self contained flat with its own entrance ( from the street ) in the top part of our victorian house. The whole flat is for your own private use. We are a retired couple and live in the basement flat and also have our own entrance. The house is in Penshurst Road, E9 7DT just a few houses away from ‘Well Street Common’ and ‘Victoria Park’. There is walking access directly from the park to canal walks, wetland areas, Hackney Wick, Stratford olympic village, Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International train station. The flat is in a quiet, residential area but is also only a 2 min walk away from shops, restaurants, bars and bus routes. The bus routes will take you to the City, Docklands, the West end and Stratford. The nearest Tube stations are Mile End and Bethnal Green and the nearest overground stations are Homerton, Hackney Wick and Cambridge Heath. There is on street parking at a small cost.
