We are looking for a non-smoking person to make their home in our studio flat which is in an annex of our family home. The flat is furnished, has washing machine plus tumble-drier and comes with access to shared garden. All bills are included that cover council tax and utilities, Virgin tv/broadband etc. Close to all amenities, Victoria Park, Northern Line tube (West Finchley 7 minute walk) and buses (SL1, 13, 125, 143 & 462) and lovely local shops, restaurants, cafes. Very safe/secure accommodation and area.
