Hi! I am going to be subletting my studio flat from August 25 to September 6 2026 (negotiable on dates) while I go traveling. This is a really fantastic first-floor studio (Flat 1) which shares a kitchen with 2 other studios and a lovely bright roof terrace along with 3 other flats on the second floor. It is located in the world-famous Harringay green lanes area with an overabundance of lovely restaurants, quirky pubs, amazing cafes, and more. The property is a 10-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station, 5 minutes to HGL, 10 minutes bus ride to Finsbury Park station making it very accessible to all parts of London. The best parts of North London including Arsenal and Tottenham stadiums, Alexandra Palace, Crouch End, Camden, Shoreditch, Muswell Hill, Trent Park, Woodberry Down wetlands, Walthamstow wetlands, Tottenham marshes, and many more attractions are a cycle or bus ride away. I have lived in Haringey for over 10 years and think this really is one of the best locations to live in Inner London. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, 3 piece detachable couch (Magilis), a mini-fridge, and my TV.
