Available 31st Jan - 7th Feb. This is my apartment and I'll be renting it whilst I'm away. It's a comfortable ninth‑floor flat offering wonderful light, open views and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Set between Chatsworth Road and Hackney Central and next to Homerton Station, this is a comfortable and homely home that provides an ideal base for discovering East London. The space This ninth‑floor flat is ideal for one or two people, it includes a good sized king‑size bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open‑plan living and dining area. Double‑glazed windows and a Nest heating system keep the flat warm, quiet and comfortable. Two private balconies offer different perspectives of the city. The larger south‑facing balcony opens from the living room and kitchen and is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The second balcony, accessed from the bedroom, faces west and captures beautiful sunsets and views across Hackney and toward central London. The flat is well placed for enjoying some of East London’s most loved neighbourhoods and green spaces. From the front door, you can walk to Hackney Central, Chatsworth Road, London Fields, Hackney Marshes and Victoria Park. The neighbourhood is full of independent cafés, bakeries, pubs, markets and creative spaces, with plenty of places to eat, shop and relax. You'll have full, private access to the entire apartment, including both balconies. The building has secure entry, lift access. There is also a large roof terrace which you can access. You are very welcome to come and view the flat, or we can arrange a video call. Other things to note • No parking available on‑site • No smoking or parties • Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm • Early luggage drop‑off may be possible on request (subject to availability) • Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted About Me I’m Jenny, 35 and have lived in Hackney for many years, and I genuinely love this part of London — the parks, the markets, the music, the food, the energy. I work as a researcher, and outside of that I make ceramics, so you’ll find some of my handmade pieces around the flat. Please feel free to use them during your stay. I’m also passionate about travel, live music and cooking, and I’m always happy to share local tips or recommendations to help you enjoy the area as much as I do.
