Summary; Short term let- all bills included- we're going away for some of Jan/February and March and would love to help someone who is in between places. Perfect size for a couple. Would ideally want someone from mid jan to mid march (2 months) but am reasonable flexible on dates/ length. Relaxing and minimal double bedroom with wardrobe space, the bedroom opens up to the back garden. The garden is a lovely sun trap, and there’s a large patio with table for hanging out. Normally this is our full time home so the flat will come fully furnished and with our stuff in the kitchen which you are welcome use any of. (There is a tiny additional spare room which if needed, we can discuss adding for an extra fee, only suitable for small office, occasional guests i. e. not big enough for another bedroom.) Local Amenities; The local cafes and pubs on Church street (10 mins walk) are fabulous, you can walk to St George’s park within 5 minutes. Getting Around: Easy access to the city centre via bus stop outside (route 6/7, 15 mins). Lawrence Hill train station nearby (15 mins walk, one stop to Bristol Temple Meads). Tier scooter hire station opposite the house. Cycle path minutes away with bike storage available. Walking distance to the centre (25 mins). Other: Street parking available.
