Weekday let in the heart of Nottinghill A light-filled spacious one bedroom first floor flat in a Victorian terraced property is available to rent on a time share basis - the entire flat is available for sole occupancy between Mondays and Fridays only. We are looking for an arrangement with someone (could be a couple) to time-share the use of our gorgeous flat in Notting Hill. We are offering regular week day sole use of the flat such as between Monday evening and Thursday or Friday morning for someone who wants a base in west London for most or part of the working week but who returns to their permanent home for weekends. We typically stay in the flat on Fridays and leave on Mondays. Mondays pm - Fridays am: £1,300 per month or Mondays pm - Thursdays am: £1,000 per month. All inclusive of bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water & WiFi ). Cleaning to be agreed. We would consider agreeing a number of weekends use in addition. The Property The property makes for the perfect home for a professional individual or couple who work during the week in London but return to the family home at weekends. The flat has a lovely separate office/study room so is ideal for working part or full time from home. A double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed included, opens out onto a small secluded south facing terrace. The bathroom includes a shower over bath. The large living and dining room is the heart of the flat, with a 3 seater sofa, built in book/display shelving, an elegant glass table and 4 dining chairs included. The high ceilings and original tall sash windows give the flat its light and spacious character with its view out over an attractive cobbled mews. The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. The flat benefits from an additional room accessed from the living room which can function as an office/study or spare bedroom. Parking There is no parking with the flat.
