The Space The quaint apartment is primely located in New Malden's famous 'Korea Town', opposite M&S, spacious and light, with easy access from New Malden High Street two minutes away from New Malden train station. The apartment is next to Waitrose, two minutes from Fitness 4 Less gym and close to Korean BBQs / restaurants if you get lazy to cook! We have a shared secure double door entrance with two other users in the building. There is CCTV camera throughout the building. Bus to Kingston and Wimbledon so you can hop on a bus either way, 2 mins from A3 into London, or walk 2 minutes to the train station and get into London in under 30 minutes. Way cheaper than staying in central, but so convenient to reach. The monthly rent is exclusive of bills and council tax but does include a fully furnished apartment (bed, sofa-bed, washing machine, fridge, table / chairs etc). In our experience the bills and council tax will come to less than £180 a month. Ideal for a single professional working in London.
