It is impeccable, very bright and fully furnished, I have been living here for more than 3 years. Close to shops (Tesco is 3 mins away) and public transport (10 mins walk from Bow Road & Bow Church stations, 15 mins from Mile End station). Victoria Park is a 10 mins walk away. The rent includes all bills: council tax, electricity, water, internet.
