We will be traveling for three months and are renting out our bright, high-quality furnished apartment in Leipzig-Stötteritz as a temporary sublet. 📅 Rental period: by arrangement within February 5 – April 23, 2026 🏡 The apartment approx. 120 m², 3 rooms fully furnished 2 bathrooms spacious hallway with plenty of storage space large balcony (smoking permitted on the balcony, not inside the apartment) fireplace in the living area fully equipped kitchen very generous, open floor plan 📍 Location Leipzig-Stötteritz tram/bus stop about 5 minutes on foot 15–20 minutes to the city center quiet, green neighborhood with good local infrastructure 🐾 Allergy notice A dog and a cat normally live in the apartment.
