Shopping mall Akrady with 100+ shops is just 10 minutes walking distance. The metro station is also there. Apartment Is very spacious (60m2 / 646 sqft) with one bedroom, one bathroom and living room with the kitchen. Couch in the living room can serve as a bed for your guests. Equipment is fairly new and in good condition. We had only two long term tenants since the renovation and both were treating the apartment as their home. We are happy to host students, however, we expect considerate behavior as some of the neighbors are our friends :)
